Power Tower Dual Power

Designed for enclosed-cabinets or open-racks, each PTXL supports dual power Input feeds (up to 30 Amps each) and up to 32 power outlet-receptacles. The PTXL provides Remote Power Management of each power receptacle - individually or as a selected group-via Web, Telnet or SNMP management. The exclusive Outlet Group Control feature of the power outlet-receptacles from two different power circuits allows a user to easily reboot a dual-power supply server or other device with a single command. Link an expansion unit, the PTXM, to each PTXL to control multiple power circuits with a single user interface.

Remote Power Management: Reboot locked-up servers and network gear, or power-off unused receptacles
Power-up Sequencing: When power is lost and reapplied, the power-outlets power-on in two-second intervals - averting the potential for a power in-rush to blow a fuse or circuit breaker in the data center
Input Current Monitor: Precisely determine the aggregate load on the power circuit and determine the remaining power availability. View the Input Current Monitor remotely via the interface and locally though a digital display indicator on the enclosure
Authentication: Username/Password required for network administrators & user accounts. Multiple user accounts can be established with access rights only to designated outlets
Advanced Security: Secure Proxy Server for complete encryption of network sessions. MD5 security for browsers
Web GUI: Full configuration & control for grouping & control of outlets, assigning user accounts and configuring network settings
Add a Second Tower: Connect a Power Tower Expansion Module (PTXM) to each PTXL to control up to 32 managed outlets (individual or groups)
Outlet Grouping: Group individual outlets - between A & B Power Circuits -- for control of dual-power supply servers & devices with a single command
Multiple concurrent users: Allow multiple users concurrent access to each PTXL/ PTXM. Each user has access to control his designated power outlets
Programmable 24-character outlet receptacle names: uniquely identify each server or other device by IP address or serial number
Power Distribution: 15,30 or 30-amp power input feed with straight-blade or twist-lock plug connectors. 110 VAC or 230 VAC
TCP/IP Control: 10/100 Base-T Ethernet control via HTML, Telnet and SNMP
RS-232 Control: Manage the Power Towers via an existing computer, KVM switch, terminal
